Plumbing and Gas Services QLD has a team of qualified CCTV camera technicians
and professionals who carry out the inspection and other related checks.
How it works
We offer pipeline surveying services to address the condition of a noted problematic pipe. We work on all pipelines, this includes pipes in difficult locations where an assessment of the water distribution is needed in a built up area.
Inspecting the pipe from the inside is a non invasive way to see where the line is broken, collapsed or if tree roots are entering the pipe.
By surveying the pipes using CCTV we can estimate the extent of damage and deterioration of a pipeline on screen. Then we assess any need for repair, replacement or rehabilitation.
Benefits of Technology
One benefit of using the CCTV method is taking all the guess work out of diagnoses. CCTV inspection for pipe surveying is also non invasive.
The cameras have a sensor on the tip, which alerts the tradesman to the exact location of the problem when its located. Any defects or blockages are marked and saved on USB or uploaded on YouTube for viewing.
The latest technology allows us to provide our customers with a thorough assessment of the damage and a quote for repair.
